Warranty Coverage
All Meeto products come with a standard warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty period varies by product category:
- Hardware products: 24 months from the date of purchase
- Software products: 12 months from the date of purchase or license activation
- Subscription services: Coverage for the duration of the active subscription
To make a warranty claim, please provide proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) and the product’s serial number. Warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return policy for most products purchased directly from Meeto or authorized resellers:
- Return window: 30 days from the delivery date
- Condition: Products must be in original condition with all accessories and packaging
- Refund method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days
- Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or defective product

Repair Services
For products that require repair, we offer the following services:
- In-warranty repairs: Free repair or replacement for manufacturing defects
- Out-of-warranty repairs: Flat-rate repair services with a 90-day warranty on repairs
- Turnaround time: Most repairs are completed within 5-10 business days after we receive the product

Before sending your product for repair, please contact our support team to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
